Lupita, sensing the awkwardness, quickly stepped forward. “Please, Mr. Vance, let me show you to your suite,” she offered, her voice kind and welcoming. She led the way toward the elevator, casting a sympathetic glance at Ethan and his sleeping daughter.

As they made their way through the grand lobby, Ethan couldn’t help but feel a mixture of emotions. Upon reaching the suite, Lupita unlocked the door and guided Ethan inside. “If you need anything at all, just let us know,” she said softly. Ethan nodded, appreciating her sincerity. He set Lily down gently on the plush bed, draping a blanket over her small frame. The room was luxurious, with large windows offering a breathtaking view of the city skyline.

After Lupita left, Ethan placed the new roses in a vase, smiling as he thought of Lily’s delight when she saw them in the morning. He then settled into a chair by the window, reflecting on how to address the situation with both Patricia and Karla.
